Vegas Videos inspired by Virginia to Vegas

Vegas Video

Singer/songwriter Derik Baker takes fans on the road with him in his video for We Are Stars, which features vocals from Baker’s labelmate and Canadian songstress Alyssa Reid. Giving Sin City a shout out in his stage name and his latest music video, Baker has inspired today’s playlist. Judging by these videos, what happens in Vegas definitely doesn’t always stay there.

In addition to Virginia to Vegas feat. Alyssa Reid, the 2014 MMVAs will also feature performances from Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Hedley, Kiesza, Imagine Dragons, Lorde, Sam Roberts Band and MAGIC!. This year’s incredible list of presenters includes Colton Haynes, Mia Martina, SonReal, Victoria Duffied, The Weeknd, Marianas Trench, ChloĆ« Grace Moretz, Jena Malone, and Kellan Lutz, and co-hosts Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Watch the 2014 MMVAs on Sunday, June 15 at 9E/6P on Much, CTV and CTV GO.

Waking Up In Vegas, Katy Perry
Katy Perry gives fans a step-by-step tutorial on why you shouldn’t overindulge on your first trip to LV.

You’re Gonna Love This, 3OH!3
You’re right, 3OH!3. I am gonna love this video. Now, show me how you did EVERYTHING!

Bounce, Calvin Harris feat. Kelis
Sometimes you just have to dance through the desert and onto the Vegas strip. I don’t make the rules.

Vegas Girl, Conor Maynard
Okay, so the video doesn’t actually take place in Vegas, but it should still be on the list for most uses of the word ‘Vegas’.

Lollipop, Lil Wayne
I’ve been to Vegas and didn’t see anyone playing the guitar on top of a stretch limo. That’s probably the only thing I didn’t see in Vegas. Heyoooo!

Days Go By, Dirty Vegas
Again, the city of Las Vegas doesn’t make an appearance but…it’s a great song and the band is called Dirty Vegas. Let’s go with it.

Leaving Las Vegas, Sheryl Crow
The 1990s were awesome, amirite?

Shot At The Night, The Killers
Quite possibly the most romantic love story to ever, ever, ever come out of the Vegas strip. Ever.
