I have arrived in Toronto! The car ride here with our driver Cosmo (that is his ACTUAL name! Super cool) was long and boring but once we arrived in Toronto it was non-stop good times!

When I first arrived with my friend Rachel, we checked into our hotel and wow, it is incredible! They use real life apples as art and leave cute little chocolates on your pillow! There is also a phone attached to the wall next to the toilet, but anyways…

I can’t believe I leave for Toronto in just a few days! I feel like I have so much to do before I leave but the #1 thing I’m worried about is…

WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR!?

Maybe I could just not wear pants like Lady Gaga does occasionally? Hm, maybe not, it might be chilly and I don’t think I could ever compete with Lady Gaga’s eccentric outfits.

OH! Maybe I could bring back the whole skater-punk look and wear a tie like Avril? Ok, stop giving me those looks, I won’t wear a tie!

So, I’m hosting the Nokia Soundcheck for the Much Music Video Awards, no big.

OMGOMG HOLYMOTHEROFPEARL OMGOMG

No big? THIS IS HUGE! When I got the call that I won I couldn’t even form intelligent sentences let alone a sentence at all!

You’re probably thinking, “Whoa! That sounds so cool, what do you get to do!?” WELLL…

I will be on MOD on Friday, June 19th, launching the Nokia Soundcheck (so make sure you tune in for that)!
Then Saturday is the Nokia Soundcheck and I will be there and backstage getting tons of candids and videos! I’ll also be blogging and tweeting! It’ll almost be like you guys are there rubbing shoulders with all the celebrities!

Oh, and did I mention I’ll be doing all that blogging, tweeting, getting candids and streaming live video from my brand new Nokia 5800 phone!?

I KNOW, THIS IS ALMOST TOO MUCH TO HANDLE! …but there is more!

Sunday is the real deal; THE ACTUAL MUCHMUSIC VIDEO AWARDS! They’ve given me, on top of everything else already, a VIP pass for the MMVAs! So you know I’ll keep you all up-to-date about who I see, what they’re wearing and whatever goes on backstage!

I’ll also get to go shopping in Toronto to find myself something awesome to wear with the $500 they’re giving me!

CANADA, DID YOUR HEAD JUST EXPLODE FROM EXCITEMENT, TOO?! JUST ME!? OK.

Seriously, I can not even contain myself and it hasn’t even completely sunk in yet! I imagine next weekend I’ll have a smile permanently plastered on my face.

Next weekend could NOT come fast enough! Honestly, what a way to start summer with an absolute BANG!

I am SO pumped for all of this and hopefully I will see YOU there!
