In case you didn’t know, the Much Music Video Awards are celebrating 25 years. That’s 25 years of music’s most awesome performers and the hottest presenters. That’s a lot of people to grace the MMVA stage. And while some presenters and performers have disappeared into obscurity there are still a handful of MMVA guests who are still relevant and bigger than ever. Over the years these celebrities have gone through drastic changes, some for the better and some, well, not so much. For #TransformationThursday we’re seeing how past MMVA guests have transformed over the years.
Tune into the 2014 MMVAs go down this Sunday at 9E/6P on Much, CTV and CTV GO hosted by Kendall and Kylie Jenner with feature performances from Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Hedley, Imagine Dragons, Kiesza, MAGIC!, Lorde, Sam Roberts Band and Virginia to Vegas feat. Alyssa Reid.
It’s been a while since Lindsay Lohan looked like this. Since 2003 Lindsay has spent some time in and out of rehab and jail. Nowadays she’s getting over her scarlet past and doing much better.
Aside from Chad Kroeger’s hair, it looks like Nickelback hasn’t changed that much since 2004.
Amanda Bynes has had a pretty hard year. Since her MMVA visit in 2006 Amanda went on a bad downward spiral, with her bizarre tweets, arrests, and questionable selfies. Thankfully she seems to be getting back to the Amanda we know and love.
Kim Kardashian upgraded from Reggie Bush to Kanye West and a baby.
Shawn Desman definitely looks so much better minus his baggy leather jacket and shaved head.
Miley Cyrus has probably had one of the most iconic transformation in history. Since 2010, she’s dyed and cut her hair, lost her Hannah Montana alter ego, and began twerking.

And we’re not just talking about the […]

The 2016 MTV VMAs are this Sunday and you don’t have to be nominated to watch the show with a high stakes component. Actually, even if you’re nominated, you can still play. Who crashed the stage? Who got naked? Who threw shade? Print off one of the five MTV VMA Bingo cards below and play […]
Kanye West boastfully rapped “I forgot better shit than you ever thought of” on his 2005 track “Diamonds From Sierra Leone.” It’s a line that comes to mind repeatedly when listening to Carly Rae Jepsen’s new album, E•MO•TION B-Sides. Made up of songs that didn’t make Jepsen’s 2015 album E•MO•TION, these eight (initially) scrapped songs are […]
