MAGIC! set to perform at the MMVAs
The MMVAs still has a few tricks up its sleeves and one of them is a special performance from MAGIC! Combining pop, rock, reggae and soul, this Toronto born, L.A.-based band hit it big with their single Rude, which continues to climb the charts. In advance of the release of their debut album, Don’t Kill the Magic (out June 30), the band will hit the MMVA stage for the first time on June 15.
In addition to MAGIC!, today’s performer announcement includes Kiesza, Sam Roberts Band and Virginia to Vegas ft. Alyssa Reid, as well as presenters Colton Haynes, Mia Martina, SonReal, Victoria Duffied, The Weeknd and Marianas Trench. Previously announced performers for the 2014 MMVAs include Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Hedley, Imagine Dragons and Lorde, and presenters Chloë Grace Moretz, Jena Malone, and Kellan Lutz, and co-hosts Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
