Lorde reveals her top 10 fave Arcade Fire songs

lorde arcade fire

Lorde is a huge Arcade Fire fan. Heck, she’s even become friends with them. But in a recent issue of Rolling Stone magazine, the New Zealand star was asked to do the difficult task of listing her top 10 favourite Arcade Fire tracks. And even though she apprehensive at first — “I feel weird writing this because the people in Arcade Fire are my friends,” she explains — she eventually buckled down and gave the magazine her ultimate list of songs by the Canadian indie-rockers/past MMVA performers.

Check out the list below to see which tunes reigned supreme. Hint: she’s a huge fan of the band’s 2004 breakout Funeral.

And don’t forget to catch Lorde perform at this year’s MMVAs! Watch the 2014 MMVAs on Sunday, June 15 at 9E/6P on Much, CTV and CTV GO.
