Virginia to Vegas ft. Alyssa Reid set to perform

Singer-songwriter Derik Baker, the man behind the excitings pop phenom Virginia to Vegas, is set to perform his beautifully hopeful new single We Are Stars to the MMVA and he’s bringing his label mate and We Are Stars collaborator Alyssa Reid along with him! The two singers will be making their performance debut at this year’s awards show, though Reid is a seasoned MMVA vet, presenting in previous years and scoring two MMVA nominations in the past for her songs Alone Again and The Game.

In addition to Virginia to Vegas feat. Alyssa Reid, today’s performer announcement includes MAGIC!, Kiesza and Sam Roberts Band, as well as presenters Colton Haynes, Mia Martina, SonReal, Victoria Duffied, The Weeknd and Marianas Trench. Previously announced performers for the 2014 MMVAs include Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Hedley, Imagine Dragons and Lorde, and presenters Chloë Grace Moretz, Jena Malone, and Kellan Lutz, and co-hosts Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Watch the 2014 MMVAs on Sunday, June 15 at 9E/6P on Much, CTV and CTV GO.
