Friday, June 12th, 2009Here’s where you can get all the scoop on the status of the wristband line-up!!
UPDATE: Click here for your guide to being at the MMVAs! Find out about camping - which you can’t do!
9AM June 13: The first wristbands have been given away! I couldn’t believe the mob scene this morning - a line-up that snaked streets all the way from Queen and John to University and beyond. I’m not sure how many will get wristbands, but I hope everyone was safe and had fun!
4pm, June 12: I think there’s a kajillion people out there. It’s crazy cause this time last year, the line-up had only just wrapped around the building.. there are probably twice as many people here now!!
This just in: they will be giving out tickets to secure your place in line and to ensure that people don’t butt!

Discuss: When Are You Lining Up??

Alright, you crazy kids: everyone keeps asking when they should start lining up for wristbands this year, and the truth is… I have nooooo idea! Last year people started lining up the morning before, but this year is going to be mania like we’ve never seen (on account of the Jonas Brothers).
So to give everybody a better gauge of when they should start camping out at 299 Queen St W, let’s start a discussion in the comments below!

MMVA09: Wristbands Aren’t Available Yet!!

Ok, turkeys. I KNOW you’re all excited about the MMVAs and you need to know about wristbands oh, pretty much yesterday. I’m here to set the record straight on this sitch-ee-ation.
Real talk: we don’t know the official date that wristbands will be available. But when we do know, we’ll post it here and on Twitter IMMEDIATELY. That’s a galdang promise.
