A Year In Social Media: Iggy Azalea

Iggy Azalea is bringing the New Classic to her first MMVAs, but before she takes the stage, we took a scroll through her social media to see what the Australian rapper’s been up to for the past year. See the highlights of her social feeds below, and catch her live at the iHeartRadio MMVAs on June 18 at 9e/6p.

Still celebrating her ‘The New Classic’ Tour, Azalea showed off how she re-purposed part of the stage set up as chic home decor.

Saved it from my last tour.

Last October, fans were still jamming out hard to Azalea’s 2014 anthem, “Fancy” which featured Charli XCX. The track reached seven-time Platinum status that month.

Participating in #NoMakeupMondays, she posted a gorgeous fresh-faced photo of herself without a stitch of makeup on.

In November, GQ Australia named Iggy Woman of the Year. Ahead of sharing the cover, she showed off her outfit for the Men of the Year Awards—a fierce open-blazer look with only chunky gold jewellery underneath.

In this cheeky video, she offered fans a look into the Good Life, showing herself decked out in fur dancing on a what looks like a private jet.

Kicking off 2017 with good vibes only, Iggy posted a selfie with a heartfelt caption, sharing her optimism for the year ahead.

Before her new single, “Mo Bounce,” dropped, Iggy shared a bit of the accompanying choreography (aka BOOTY POPS) on Insta.

In March, Iggy posted a series of tweets discussing her new album and creative changes, thanking her fans for their support and patience.

With help from iHeartRadio, Azalea showed off her favourite fashion items from the “Mo Bounce” video, including cheerleading skirts and red leather chaps.

Earlier this month, Iggy made her first trip to Manila, Philippines. The short two-minute video she tweeted out, she gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at what her day-to-day looked like: from getting her makeup done all the way to when she took the stage in front of a huge crowd of crazy fans.

And of course, she shared her excitement for her first MMVAs performance!

So excited to be performing at my first iHeartRadio #MMVAs!!!
